Ann has practiced intellectual property law since 1984 at law firms in Chicago, San Francisco and Seattle. Ann received a B.A. in Biology from the University of Chicago, worked for several years in medical research laboratories, and graduated from DePaul University College of Law in 1984. She has been a registered Patent Attorney since 1985 and is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Washington. Prior to establishing Speckman Law Group PLLC, she was a partner and Co-Chair of the Intellectual Property and Trade Regulation practice group of Stoel Rives L.L.P. She has an “AV” rating from Martindale-Hubbell for expertise, experience, integrity and overall professional excellence. In her spare time, Ann enjoys outdoor activities, quality time with her family, travel and photography.
