Speckman Law Group is located in the landmark Brooklyn Building next to the Washington Mutual Tower and Benaroya Hall in downtown Seattle. From Third Avenue, enter the Washington Mutual Tower. Proceed past the bank of elevators on the right side of the lobby, turn right, and exit through two sets of doors to arrive outside at the top of an escalator landing. Proceed through the door straight ahead to access the third floor of the Brooklyn Building. Our office, which is located on the fourth floor, is up one flight of stairs. From Second Avenue, go up two flights of escalators located behind the Brooklyn Café in the northeast corner of the Washington Mutual Tower plaza. At the top of the escalator, go through the door to the left to enter the third floor of the Brooklyn Building.

From I-5 traveling south, take the Union Street exit (Exit 165B), stay straight to go down Union Street, and turn left onto Fifth Avenue and right onto Seneca.  From I-5 traveling north, take the Seneca Street exit (Exit 165) and turn left onto Seneca.  Turn right to enter the Washington Mutual Tower parking garage on Seneca between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue.
