Victor began his career with Speckman Law Group PLLC as a law clerk during law school, and joined the firm in 2002.  He has a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and received his law degree from Valparaiso University School of Law.  Before attending law school, Victor spent several years as a researcher at an academic institution and several biotechnology companies.  He was very active in moot court during law school, earning the award for "Best Appellate Brief" in the 2001 Luther M. Swygert Memorial Moot Court Competition.  Victor servers an array of clients in domestic and foreign trademark, copyright and other intellectual property matters.  He also provides clients with trademark clearance analyses, as well as conflict resolution and potential litigation advice.   Victor is affiliated with a number of legal and business organizations and involved in various community activities.  He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and Cantonese.
